As a Senior Program Manager for Twitch Ads at Amazon you will oversee and execute highprofile sponsorship programs for premium brands. You will be responsible for endtoend program management ensuring sponsorship commitments and key milestones are met while delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with internal crossfunctional teams to drive successful outcomes for each program. With your consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape you will provide strategic guidance to maximize value for both clients and Twitchs advertising ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
Drive strategic oversight of premium brand sponsorship programs ensuring successful delivery while identifying growth opportunities
Own and develop executivelevel relationships with key clients focusing on building trust and driving longterm partnership value
Orchestrate crossfunctional collaboration to deliver exceptional sponsorship programs that exceed client expectations
Define and track program KPIs with sponsors to demonstrate clear ROI and build compelling cases for renewal
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews showcasing program success and presenting strategic recommendations
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for each sponsor to drive partnership growth and retention
Partner with Account Executive and Account Management teams on account strategy and expansion opportunities
Proactively monitor industry trends and sponsor needs to recommend innovative solutions for program enhancement

Lead internal team syncs to align on program updates and sponsor communications
Drive weekly sponsor calls to review deliverables provide guidance and strengthen relationships
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve program challenges and identify creative solutions
Plan and execute strategic sponsorship activations with internal teams
Optimize measurement frameworks to demonstrate program ROI and success
Prepare insights and recommendations for quarterly business reviews
Partner with Account Team to develop strategic expansion opportunities

About the team
Twitch is one of our most unique publishers. Our team is the singlethreaded leader on all Twitch ad products countries and customer segments. We are responsible for overall Twitch Ads business strategy to fuel longterm growth and innovation working closely with all sales and product teams across Amazon Ads and building on the foundation already established by integrating Twitch into the broader Amazon Ads organization.
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
5 years experience managing strategic client relationships and longterm partnership programs
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
Strong analytical and technical skills including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize problemsolve and manage escalations effectively
Excellence in written and verbal communication including executivelevel presentations
Track record of thriving in fastpaced environments while managing multiple highpriority initiatives
Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence crossfunctional teams without direct authority

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
