Job Description
10month fulltime position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and foster a positive relationship with each student and their parent/guardians
- Participate in the Child Study Team and complete IEP paperwork on Infinite Campus
- Teach any subject area or grade level as directed by the Assistant Superintendent of Student and Administrative Services and building principal
- Using best practice strategies and District Directed curriculumand programs
- Analyze student performance in relation to grade level peers in order to determine a students appropriate opportunities for mainstreaming
- Biweekly progress monitors all student IEP goals and record data ongoogle in a graph format for easy access by other staff serving student.
Requirements: Valid Illinois State Special Edcuation Professional Educator License LBS1 or Special Education endorsement.
