Location: Various locations across Indiana including Evansville Psychiatric Childrens Center Evansville State Hospital Logansport State Hospital Madison State Hospital Richmond State Hospital and the Indianapolis Neurodiagnostic Institute.

Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
- Licensure: Valid Indiana OTA license/COTA certification required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in therapy techniques documentation software and EHR systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication leadership teamwork and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and adjust OT treatment plans under therapist supervision.
- Lead individual/group therapy sessions and evaluate patient progress.
- Train patients families and staff on treatment protocols.
- Oversee nonprofessional staff and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
