Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for sports Join our team as a Regional Account Manager. While our foundation is rooted in soccer were seeking individuals with diverse sports backgrounds to support our sales team. As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences managing order entries and meticulously attending to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Care: Provide unparalleled customer service addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
- Order Entry Management: Accurately process and manage customer orders ensuring all details are captured correctly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review orders verifying specifications quantities and other crucial information to maintain precision in order fulfillment.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts by ensuring a seamless order process and providing vital information for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product lines allowing you to assist customers with their inquiries and needs effectively.
- ProblemSolving: Swiftly address and resolve any orderrelated issues or discrepancies maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
- Engage with Customers: Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order status delivery times and any relevant information.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams including production and logistics to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

- A basic understanding of sportswear and equipment.

Challenger Sports is the nations leading provider of soccer camps and clinics and were looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 26. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor social and psychological skills.
What is the Challenger Soccer Academy
Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional yearround coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 18 years old.
