About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Technology Implementation Consultant. Your role involves working on technology integration projects assisting with complex system configurations and supporting clients through various stages of implementation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intermediate system configurations.
Assist in moderate data migration and validation tasks.
Perform structured software testing and defect reporting.
Provide detailed client training on technology use.
Prepare and update project documentation.
Support advanced troubleshooting and resolution processes.
Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Gather and analyze client requirements for specific configurations.
Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress.
Develop and maintain project status reports.
