To help propel us further were looking for a resultsdriven Scrum Master & Agile Delivery Lead to join our team. My name is Ravi Naramsetty heading Martech IT for Telia Sweden. I am looking for a talented and driven Scrum Master with strong delivery experience to join my Agile MarTech team.
As a Scrum Master & Agile Delivery Lead
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products and services across agile teams. You will take a handson role in leading PI Planning sessions facilitating roadmap checkins retrospectives sprint planning reviews and daily standups. Your mission will be to ensure alignment with business objectives identify and resolve blockers and guide the team toward continuous improvement and innovation. You will also coach agile teams support conflict resolution and foster a highperforming culture based on collaboration transparency and servant leadership. Working closely with stakeholders youll challenge existing ways of working help evolve delivery methods and promote modern engineering practices including DevOps test automation and CI/CD. Your role will also include tracking and reporting on agile performance metrics and supporting business alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Who Were Looking For
You have at least 7 years of experience in project or delivery management with 3 or more years in Agile environments. Youre confident working across Agile frameworks like Scrum Kanban and SAFe and have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle including DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. You bring strong facilitation skills emotional intelligence and the ability to align teams and stakeholders around shared goals. Fluency in English is required and Swedish is a plus.

Handson experience leading teams in a SAFe environment
Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence
Experience in telecom or MarTech is a strong advantage
