What you will do:
An Ecommerce and Transformation Project Manager isresponsible for leading and overseeing digital transformation projects within an ecommerce role requires a strong understanding of both project management principles and ecommerce operations including website development inventory management marketing and customer act as a liaison between various teams ensuring projects align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
How you will do it:
Defining project scope objectives and deliverables creating detailed project plans and overseeing their .
Oversee all aspects of business transformation projects from initiation to closure including planning monitoring and control.
Managing interactions and communication between various teams including product technology marketing and operations.
Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements manage expectations and ensure project alignment.
Overseeing budgets timelines and resources to ensure project success.
Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with the companys overall strategic goals and objectives.
Identifying potential risks developing mitigation strategies and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Tracking project progress analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
Understanding and managing the integration of ecommerce platforms payment gateways inventory systems and other relevant technologies.
Proficient in project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile with strong planning and monitoring skills.
Identify assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the project ensuring its successful completion.
