Credit Controller 6month FTC)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy and vibrant Credit Control team as a Controller. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager this role is responsible for the administration of an assigned portion of the sales ledgers to generate maximum cash flow minimise bad debts and provide a high standard of customer service. You will be required to focus on the cash flow into the business and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
This Credit Controller role will be a hybrid role requiring you come into the Stratford London office 2 days/week 3 days working from home. This position is offered on a 6month FTC basis.
Your role in our future
Collection of outstanding debt by telephone and email
Managing the collection of debts and their status
Maintaining an up to date and accurate record of query status
Maintaining all contact information within the core business systems
Collaborating with Sales and other departments to minimise customer disputes
Processing any credit held orders and liaising with sales/customers where necessary
Supporting the preparation of accounts for litigation where problems exist at an early stage
Your profile
Experience of chasing debt within multi systems
Credit control experience gained in a commercial B2B environment
Excellent customer service skills ideally gained in a telephone environment
Professional and clear telephone manner
Good organisational skills and time management
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
An ability to have good attention to detail and accuracy
Works well under pressure to timescales targets and deadlines in a fastmoving environment
Experience with using Siebel SalesForce SAP Octopus & Oracle would be advantageous but not essential as we will provide the relevant training
