Job Description
- Produce monthly management accounts and ensure financial information is up-to-date and accurate
- Prepare trial balances in readiness for annual audits
- Oversee and control monthly reporting for cash and bank reconciliation across stores
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare statutory accounts
- Manage VAT and PAYE return submissions
- Conduct labour cost tracking and analysis
- Provide support across central administration departments
- 2 5 years relevant experience ideally in financial accounting audit or reporting roles
- Strong knowledge of Irish tax VAT PAYE and statutory reporting requirements
- Proficiency with Excel accounting software (e.g. Sage SAP QuickBooks or similar)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree qualified
