We are NPI test operations. We work closely with PTE team to bring new products to full production phase in OSAT.What You Can Expect
You will set up and troubleshoot wafer sort operations for various probers for NPI products.
You will be Supporting Product and Test engineering.
Communicate any issues that are related to wafer sort.
Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance.
Collaborate and analyze data for engineering.
You will troubleshoot issues and provide solutions with engineering and field service.
What Were Looking For
3 years experience wafer probe technology experience. Experience and technical education preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment including Advantest 93K Teradyne UFlex and others.
Knowledge of other package part test equipment such as Hontech Seiko Epson and Chroma.
Experience in supporting Product and Test engineering.
Be able to communicate well on any issues that are related to wafer sort.
Experience with TEL and Opus probers are plus.
Preventative maintenance of probe cards sockets.
Trouble loadboard issues.
Self motivated and be able to work with little supervision.
Practice continuous improvement and team participation.
Must be able to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Be able to push pull and lift up to 50lbs.
Weekend night schedule ThursdaySunday 6:30pm 6:30am (shift differential)
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
24 36 $ per hour.The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
