Job Description
HBM Hawaii is looking to hire a fulltime Janitorial position located in a condominium building in HawaiiKai. This role requires good communication skills customer service aptitude previous janitorial custodian or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 100lbs) be able to walk stand routinely bend squat and stretch throughout their shifts.
- All positions offer benefits including vacation holidays 401k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean commonareas restroom cleaning sweep mop dust vacuum pick up trash and remove/dispose trash to designated areas.
- Able push 6 trash bins daily about 30ft from current location to designated area. Approximately 100 pounds.
Schedule:
- MondayFriday: 6am2:30pm
Compensation:
- $18/per hour
