Office is equipped with 2 Ultrasound Techs 5 days per week a Community Health worker and Breastfeeding Consultant that covers the outpatient office and L&D unit along with a 2:1 Nurse Provider ratio and full clerical Health Services available to your patients via to the NICU at Niswonger Childrens Hospital (a dedicated childrens facility and member of Ballad Health) for highrisk deliveriesHigh risk patients are comanaged by Maternal Fetal Medicine via telemedicine or in office visits including deliveries when possible before NICU and physicians work closely together as a team. Care is provided for low and highrisk patients including bariatric flight service and readily available Niswonger NICU transport team is minutes away a 2025minute flight time from Norton to Johnson City (Pediatric transport ambulance also available).
