As one of our Employee Relations Managers youll support a highperformance culture and act as our senior specialist working closely with the business in managing high risk issues such as workplace investigations conduct illhealth redundancies and restructures some senior performance issues and any other employee relations matters.
You will also work on projects when required that align with Talent priorities such as legislative changes and continuous improvement processes. In addition you will:
