At Genesys our success is powered by the passion and talent of our people. Were looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in France and help enterprise organizations reimagine customer and employee experiences.
In this senior presales role youll partner with Account Executives and crossfunctional teams to shape customer journeys with Genesys Cloud CX solutions. From engaging Clevel decisionmakers to leading cocreation workshops youll act as a trusted advisor in complex sales cyclesbringing innovation empathy and value to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Discovery & Engagement
Lead strategic discovery sessions and design thinking workshops with enterprise customers
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve CX and EX through digital transformation
Build credibility with senior stakeholders and communicate business value clearly
Solution Architecture & Innovation
Design solution blueprints that align to customer goals and drive measurable outcomes
Deliver tailored demonstrations prototypes and roadmap presentations
Ensure proposed solutions are economically viable scalable and technically robust
Proposal & Deal Strategy
Support the creation of compelling RFP/RFI responses and executivelevel pitches
Coown the sales strategy with Account Executives and contribute to closing deals
Collaborate with Product Delivery and Marketing teams to align the customer journey
Thought Leadership & Enablement
Act as a subjectmatter expert for Genesys solutions trends and best practices
Mentor junior Solution Consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Represent Genesys at events conferences and customer forums in France and EMEA
Minimum Requirements
5 years of experience in presales solution consulting or strategic customerfacing roles
Strong background in enterprise software CX/CaaS or digital transformation projects
Ability to engage and influence Clevel decisionmakers in large organizations
Exceptional storytelling presentation and communication skills
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or other cloud contact center platforms
Background in SaaS AI or customer engagement technologies
Experience working with complex matrixed sales teams in EMEA
Familiarity with industries like Financial Services Retail Telco or Public Sector
