Job Description
Description
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and introducing new employees to company culture and policies
- Managing I9 documentation and other onboarding forms
- Providing clerical/administrative support to one or more functional areas of human resources such as personnel records benefits and other HR areas as needed
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and other HR programs as needed
- Responding to employment verification requests
- Checking the accuracy and completion of group insurance enrollment forms and processing them under the organizations various benefit plans

Requirements
- Minimum of a two years work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Application of vocational or administrative skills and methods taught in specialized training and/or learned through formal apprenticeships
Desired Skills
- Must be accurate and detailoriented
- Ability to exercise sound judgment work independently prioritize duties and follow through tasks to completion
- Must be able to handle confidential matters
- Understanding of various employment laws and regulations
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
