ABOUT THE JOB
Were hiring a Digital Merchant to support the Levis European Digital menswear business with Zalando Amazon and our Marketplace partners. Reporting to the Wholesale Merchandising Lead Europe youll work with crossfunctional teams in Merchandising Planning Sales and Marketing to build product assortments that reflect seasonal strategies meet performance targets and improve the consumer journey across key digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the mens assortment strategy for digital accounts informed by digital KPIs and sales performance
Partner with the broader team to develop a seasonal product flow that supports commercial goals
Track and analyse weekly sellout data and consumer trends to identify risks and opportunities
Develop product stories and exclusive online launches in line with regional brand and commercial strategies
Manage marketplace assortments ensuring effective pricing launch protection and stock flow
Support gotomarket plans line plans and product setup in internal systems
Share insights and learnings to inform future buys and improve overall performance
Contribute to team collaboration and support onboarding of junior team members
ABOUT YOU
3 years experience in digital merchandising ideally within apparel or consumer goods
Degree in Business Economics Fashion or a related field
Collaborative mindset with a strong belief in the power of teamwork to drive success and innovation
Strong grasp of digital KPIs pricing strategy and sellthrough management
Confident working with Excel PowerPoint and data tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience collaborating with digital retail partners (e.g. Zalando Amazon) or marketplaces
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; able to prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment
Background in digital buying or shaping online consumer journeys
Familiarity with assortment planning tools and PLM systems
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20
