Ansell is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Navi Mumbai (HO).

In this position you will play a vital role in Customer Service function to provide maximum customer satisfaction by efficiently managing:

the customer portfolio of his/her business or region

all internal customer servicerelated processes in close cooperation with his/her internal customers like Sales Logistics Marketing Credit & Control and Master Data.

What your role will be

Collaborating with our cross functional teams and reporting to the Senior Supervisor CS you will have the opportunity to:

Ensure timely delivery of correct product to his/her customers manage backorder situations and propose alternative solutions where possible.

Monitor the price and contract management process by keeping the overview of the prices active for his/her customers and ensure that they are correctly registered into the system.

Manage all issues related to pricing errors in liaison with the Credit & Control department and the sales team follow up for outstanding customer orders and proactively provide customers as well as sales team with an updated reports like open order status shipments and backorders as required.

Ensure effective Order Management in ERP system.

Identify problems and report them to Team lead and deliver assigned KPIs identify failures root cause; implement corrective action with Team Lead.

What will you bring to Ansell

Demonstrated knowledge/ experience in Order Management Handling Customer issue Stakeholder management and knowledge of ERP.

Proven record of handling customer complaints effectively ensuring timely order processing and creating error proof reports for sales team.

Knowhow to book orders handling complaints preparing various reports and handling ERP.

Knowledge of Oracle ERP a plus

Languages in English Hindi and local language (Fluency)
