About the Position
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has a vacancy for a Professional Engineer II (PE II) in the Bridge Asset Management unit of the Bridge Design and Construction branch. As the PE II you will be responsible for managing all of CDOTs structural asset management system activities. This includes maintaining all of CDOTs records for structures providing access to and reports from these records providing long range plans for CDOTs bridge construction and maintenance programs providing CDOTs bridge height and weight restrictions managing and reporting data from ratings inspections and design and administrating the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) offsystem bridge program.
This position will supervise four employees including Professional Engineers and Data Managers.
