What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
10 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

Proven experience in sourcing strategy development
Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
Skilled in using recruitment tools like Workday
Communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
