Are you a hardworking dedicated individual who is passionate about Supply Chain excellence If so then Tek CSO might be the place for you! We are looking for interns to join our Supply Chain organization for the Summer of 2023. They will be joining our Supply Chain team. This team is responsible for supporting materials required for manufacturing in roles such as planning purchasing commodity management logistics and component engineering.
Responsibilities:
- This Intern role will have the opportunity to work on efforts to optimize supply chain operations with our newly integrated ERP system Oracle Cloud Fusion
- This opportunity will introduce an intern to business process improvement to assess current state and look for options to improve
- We will enable and encourage this intern to build and maintain key relationships with the supply chain team and internal customers that all focus on the success of our customer
- The intern role will experience a day in the life of a supply chain professional
Qualifications:
- Actively working towards a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence in ability to build and give presentations to both large and small groups
- ProcessOriented with a curiosity about organizational change and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel including spreadsheets and formulas to work with large data sets and pivot tables
- Resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities
- Problem solving curiosity
