We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our vibrant Art Department at a grammar school in Nottinghamshire. This is a perfect role for a passionate and enthusiastic Art Teacher who is ready to inspire the next generation of creative minds. You will teach across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 with the chance to contribute to ALevel art teaching in a supportive and academically driven environment.
We are seeking an ECT who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art Fine Art or Art & Design.
Is passionate about inspiring students to develop their artistic abilities and creativity.
Has a fresh dynamic approach to teaching and a desire to contribute to the wider school community.
Possesses the ability to deliver engaging and accessible lessons in Art and Design across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
Is eager to learn grow and take advantage of strong professional development and mentoring opportunities.
Enjoys being part of a collaborative and highachieving team contributing to the departments ongoing success.

As an Art Teacher your responsibilities will include:
Teaching Art and Design across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 with opportunities to contribute to ALevel teaching.
Planning and delivering highquality lessons across a variety of artistic media including drawing painting printmaking and digital art.
Inspiring students to explore their creativity think critically about art and take pride in their work.
Supporting students progress through constructive feedback tailored support and regular assessments.
Contributing to extracurricular activities such as art clubs exhibitions and other artrelated events.
Collaborating with colleagues to continually improve the curriculum and enhance student learning outcomes.
