Job Description

Associate Customer Support (NonVoice)

Process: International (NonVoice Process)

Location: Infopark Kochi

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational Shifts)

Cab Facility: Pickup and Drop Available

Salary: 19000 to 24000 per month

Experience: Freshers with excellent English communication skills OR Candidates with prior experience in Customer Support

  • Act as the primary interface for BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) customers.
  • Provide timely accurate and highquality support to customers.
  • Handle customer interactions via email and phone adhering to servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate endtoend ownership of customer queries and proactive problemsolving.
  • Communicate clearly professionally and empathetically in both written and verbal forms.
  • Maintain a positive professional demeanor effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Independently manage tasks using internal tools policies and procedures.
  • Consistently achieve performance metrics such as quality productivity first contact resolution and attendance.
  • Identify trends through logical reasoning and suggest process improvements where necessary.



Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Degree
  • The agents must have excellent communication skills since it is an international process.
  • Freshers and L1 tenure candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (primarily night shifts)
  • Work Mode: OnSite (Work from Office at Infopark Kochi)

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Basic familiarity with Operating Systems (especially Windows)
  • Ability to navigate internal browsers and tools effectively
  • Ability to perform basic enduser tasks on email systems
  • Strong comprehension and precise composition skills
  • Excellent email etiquette and writing skills
  • Clear professional verbal and written communication with a friendly tone
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
