Our team of 50 specialists supports the entire software lifecycle from conception to operations. We offer flexible solutions through lean project teams ensuring quick decisions and adaptability. Our clients span industries like banking insurance real estate and the public sector. We handle small to midsized projects involving web frontends complex backends and thirdparty integrations.
Our team is located in Lisbon with 25 employees based at Avenidas Novas of Central Lisbon working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.
Your responsibility
As part of our team you will contribute to a supportive growthoriented environment while taking ownership of the following:
- Requirement Analysis & Software Development: Understand analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions
- Design & Development: Build efficient scalable and highquality software aligned with business objectives
- Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to clarify refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team
- Technical Expertise: Guide your peers with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals
- Our Tech Stack:
- Java 17 / Spring
- Java Unit Testing with Mockito & JUnit
- Angular / React
- REST APIs
Qualifications :
Your Profile
- University degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or equivalent; Relevant technical certifications are a plus
- Min. 5 years of professional software development experience (including at least one year on a complex longterm project)
- Experience in designing and managing containerized applications (Docker Kubernetes Terraform Helm OpenShift etc.
- A strong understanding of development lifecycle management (Git BitBucket) and handson experience with Pull Requests
- Familiarity with agile methodologies particularly SCRUM and an adaptable mindset
- A collaborative teamoriented approach with strong problemsolving skills
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
