Job Description

Location: Taipei Taiwan (Relocation Required Taiwan permit holder preferred)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented professional to take on the role of Payroll & Operational Costs Controller. While payroll is managed externally by a partner organization this role will serve as the internal point of reference for all payroll and operational expense matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a controllers mindset ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the internal controller for payroll and operational costs.
  • Review and verify payroll data received from partner organization from a financial control perspective.
  • Monitor and validate all operational expenses.
  • Review and control reimbursable expenses
  • Serve as the goto person for the verification and approval of payroll and costrelated matters.
  • Perform statistical analyses to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track performance and anomalies.
  • Investigate discrepancies provide resolutions and coordinate closely with Evolution HR and partner organization who handles the payroll.
  • Collaborate with teams across different locations (Taipei & Cebu) to ensure consistent financial practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial control payroll analysis or cost control.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Ability to interpret payroll data and operational costs within a broader financial framework.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for crossdepartmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Taipei and travel frequently to the Philippines.

 

     


    Qualifications :

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with external payroll providers.
    • Background in HR finance or cost control within a corporate environment.
    • Previous experience in international or multicountry payroll coordination.
