Position Overview:
As the HRIS Director you will be at the forefront of overseeing the selection administration implementation and ongoing optimization of our HR technology systems with a primary focus on Workday HCM. This is a leadership role where you will have a direct impact on our organizations HR operations and work closely with various HR Centers of Excellence Information Services and business leaders to solve critical HR challenges. You will be the strategic architect behind the growth and effectiveness of our Workday platform ensuring it supports business goals while maintaining the highest standards of performance and compliance.
