Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Property Manager/Developer with retail experience. You will be responsible for identifying new retail sites and expansions negotiating preparing feasibility studies etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Tertiary degree (financial legal property management etc)
Atleast 10 years experience either in property development role (retail development preferred) or retail property management role
Computer literate
