The RecruitmentCoordinator supports the organizations People Experience (HR) department by aiding and facilitating the recruitment processes for all COPE Health Solutions business units. This role facilitates the flow of candidates through the organizations recruitment process beginning with qualified resume distribution to respective hiring manager(s) followed by booking remote video interviews and case studies via Microsoft Teams and our applicant tracking system (ATS) Jobvite and onto assessment and reference proceedings until candidates receive an offer of employment. Additionally this position resolves problems that candidates experience during the firms recruitment process and ensures timely and responsive communications to the hiring needs of the organizations business units hiring managers and their respective candidates. In final this role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed including recordkeeping file maintenance and data entry.

Position Description: Assist in all phases of the firms recruitment process with special attention to:
Coordinating and scheduling interviews and case studies for our following business units:
ARC
Care Management
Workforce
VBC Products and Solutions
Posting/editing positions on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring they are visible on our website and external recruiting sources
Update internal reports such as the shared Recruitment Spreadsheet in a timely and efficient manner with the status of all candidates in the interview process
Distribute recruiting and interview materials to interviewees interviewers and hiring managers
Performs customer service functions by answering hiring manager and candidate requests as well as questions.
Tracks status of candidates in applicant tracking system (ATS) and responds with followup communications throughout the recruiting process.
Identify suggest and implement improvements to the quality and efficiency of the overall recruiting function
Carry out other duties tasks and projects assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to commit at least 20 hours per week to this role
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong service drive and dedication to quality and success
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Detailoriented and able to work well independently
Able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fastpaced environment
