As a primary care provider with 70 clinics across Utah Idaho and Montana we are committed to advancing healthcare and empowering movement for life. Our rapidly growing private equitybacked company has increased employee headcount by nearly 40 in the last 9 months with no signs of slowing down. We aim to build highperformance teams and a scalable platform for acquiring multiple companies and opening 1224 new clinic locations annually.


We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who is ready to lead HR projects and oversee the success of Mergers and Acquisitions within Mountain Land. In this role you will drive integration of newly partnered clinics and team members while executing strategic HR initiatives. Youll work closely with frontline leaders Operations and Support Teams to ensure our HR practices enhance both employee experience and business goals.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Achieve 100 onboarding completion for M&A employees within 14 days
  • Maintain more than 90 retention of new clinical staff at 60day mark
  • Ensure 100 credentialing and licensure compliance for licensed therapist at onboarding
  • Collect and respond to feedback on all major HR rollouts

Pay: $80000 $100000 annaul salary


Hours & Benefits: This is a fulltime fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical dental vision and life insurance as well as 401k PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 2030 to the above pay range
