Reporting to the Director of Product Development your role as Dynamics 365 DevelopmentManager is key to our success in meeting our goals to modernize our legacy applications.
What youll do: Technical Leadership: Provide handson leadership and mentorship to amultidisciplinary development team including technical leads architects anddevelopers. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with architects product owners QAleads and business analysts to deliver highquality businessaligned solutions and to prioritize work for the team. Champion Development Process: Own and optimize the development lifecycle byintroducing agile best practices and scalable delivery models. Identify opportunitiesfor acceleration and innovation and propose options when challenged by constraints. Delivery Accountability: Take full ownership of development deliverables; monitorprogress resolve blockers proactively and ensure timely completion. Knowledge Management: Promote knowledge sharing through wellmaintaineddocumentation and internal learning initiatives to support sustainable development. Release Strategy Compliance: Collaborate with the deployment team to ensureadherence to release strategy and development best practices for smooth rollouts. Team Culture: Foster a collaborative inclusive and highperforming teamenvironment built on open communication accountability and continuousimprovement. Risk Management: Proactively identify technical and delivery risks and engage stakeholders early to resolve issues before they escalate and remove roadblocks from the teams path. Team Structure & Clarity: Define and align team structures roles and responsibilities to ensure clear ownership and efficient of project goals.
Qualifications What you bring: Experience: 10 years of technical expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CustomerService Field Service including 4 years in team leadership people management/supervision roles in enterprise or consulting environments. Technical Excellence: Background on Solutions Architecture Technical Design Patterns and Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse) and ALM Strategies are preferred. Team Leadership: Demonstrated success leading diverse teams includingarchitects tech leads and developers with a focus on alignment and delivery. Agile and DevOps Proficiency: Strong understanding of Development processes Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. Communication Skills: Effective communicator with strong interpersonalcollaboration and organizational skills. Proactive Mindset: A selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership who can anticipate and remove roadblocks to keep team moving forward. Continous Improvement: Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindsetproactively identifying and implementing enhancements to processes structure and tools to drive greater operational efficiency. Problem Solving: Champion collaborative problemsolving by encouraging diverse viewpoints and skillfully managing dissent to reach wellrounded solutions and conflict resolutions.
