Our client in the steel industry is seeking a Planning and Inventory Administrator to join them in Alberton Gauteng. The motivated detail orientated and organized Planning and Inventory Administrator will support the inventory and planning teams. This is a juniorlevel role which requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Title: Planning and Inventory Administrator
Geographical area: Alberton Gauteng
Salary range: R 10000.00 R 13000.00 CTC pm
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Assist planners with relevant documentation to be attached for production department
  • Assist with running stock reports
  • Assist with generating or checking GRVs against delivery notes
  • Maintain accurate filing of physical and digital documents

Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Matric with mathematics
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
