Responsibilities:
- SelfGenerating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through selfgenerated activities such as networking canvassing and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services including roofing siding windows and more. Conversational to tailor solutions to meet each customers unique requirements. Sociable to create strong lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Quota Achievement: Self Reliant to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commissionbased compensation.
- Prescheduled Leads: Successfully convert prescheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent endearing communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
Who you are:
- Selfmotivated selfconfident and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive and interactive communication skills.
- Strong willed driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Hold a valid drivers license.
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Fearless and not afraid of heightsphysical ability to climb ladders to roofs
