The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the key player in kickstarting our sales process. As an SDR youll generate opportunities and build our revenue pipeline through a mix of inbound lead conversion and outbound (cold) prospecting. Youll research potential clients craft compelling messages and schedule meetings for our Territory and Account Executives.

What Youll Do
- Identify and research organizations that fit KnowBe4s ideal customer profile.
- Reach out to key stakeholders via phone email and LinkedIn with personalized impactful messaging.
- Address objections and create excitement about meeting with our team.
- Collaborate with Territory/Account Executives to generate opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Keep detailed records of activities in our CRM.
- Share your results and insights with leadership during monthly business reviews.
