Renn Kirby Charles Town also known as Wrench and Ride is a trusted customerfocused automotive dealership proudly serving the Eastern Panhandle. Were committed to delivering exceptional service and building longlasting relationships with our clients. Our team is growing and were looking for a dynamic Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department.
Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service Advisor youll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Youll use your automotive knowledge strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction to ensure every vehicle is serviced efficiently and every customer leaves with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
Provide accurate repair estimates and explain services clearly
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Upsell maintenance services when appropriate
Ensure all repair orders are complete and accurate
Deliver exceptional customer service from dropoff to pickup
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customerfacing role (automotive experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Positive attitude and a team player mindset
Familiarity with service management software is a plus
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
