Here you will have the opportunity to work for a leading global motor company assisting customers who drive automobiles motorbikes or use power equipment.
You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio import/export procedures first-level technical support complaints and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with including apps.
In this role you will utilize your language skills in Portugus to provide outstanding customer service and support.
Key Languages
C2 or full professional level of Portugus / Portugus
Fluency in English is required training is English.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls emails and letters from customers: This involves promptly and professionally handling all incoming communication from customers ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. This is done in Polish and English languages.
- Provide information about products resolve client queries and explain company policies: As a customer service representative you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about the companys products addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have and explaining company policies in a clear and helpful manner.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients: As a customer service representative you will be the face of the company representing its values and commitment to exceptional service. You will strive to provide an outstanding customer experience building rapport with clients and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.
You bring the passion and well give you the training. This role includes a company-paid training of 2-3 weeks so you can become an expert in vehicles customer support and internal procedures.

Qualifications :
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
