Position Overview:
Were looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role youll work directly with homeowners to provide solutions that enhance the comfort efficiency and safety of their homes. If youre passionate about helping people enjoy building relationships and thrive in a performancebased environment this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inhome consultations to assess HVAC electrical and insulation needs.
- Educate customers on available services and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates proposals and financing options.
- Follow up with customers handle objections and close sales.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project .
- Stay uptodate with industry trends products and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required preferably in HVAC electrical plumbing or home services.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to learn technical information related to HVAC and electrical systems.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
