Job Skills / Requirements
- Valid British Columbia Security License.
- OFA Certificate First Aid Level 1/CPR.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Topnotch customer service skill set.
- Adaptability to work in cohesive team environment.
- At least 6 months of security experience.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends and overnights.
- Strong confident deescalation skills.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations in a calm demeanor.
- Ability to perform jobrelated assigned tasks.
- Able to act in accordance with organizations policies and procedures.
- Assist Center tenants with suspicious individuals.
- Assist stores Loss Prevention Officers to deal with escalated situations.
- Assist Center tenants with safety related concerns.
- Escalating health and safety issues to the client.
- Assist with access control.
- Assist with parking enforcement if required.
- Ability to patrol for long hours.
- Ability to create highquality detailed incident reports.
- Ability to deal with trespassers and deescalate situations.
- Assist to assist with fire alarms and medical incidents.
- Escalate high risk incidents to Security Supervisor.
This job reports to the Vishal Vishal
This is a As Needed position2nd Shift 3rd Shift Weekends.
