Senior Warehouse Lead
Pay: $20 $25 per hour depending on experience
Full Time Position Monday to Friday 7 AM 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage up to 3 direct reports
- Coordinate dispatch and transportation of goods with the warehouse team
- Picking Packing Shipping Receiving Order Fulfillment
- Able to use a forklift and pallet jack
- Take full ownership of daily production tasks including operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment
- Maintain strong communication with various departments via phone calls and emails
- Ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain a clean organized and hazardfree work environment
- Uphold strict quality standards throughout the production process
- Accountable to results
Skills
- Familiarity with WMS systems Netsuite or similar routing software
- Proven selfstarter with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail oriented
- Excellent physical strength and stamina. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Computer literate and experience staying on top of a high volume of emails
- Effective communicator as this role works in tandem with other departments and drivers
- 12 years of warehouse or similar wholesale inventory experience required
- Forklift knowledge is a must; no forklift experience does not discredit a candidate. However this skill must be learned and demonstrated ability must be above proficient within 30 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in English
