About the role:
Cresta is hiring our first Head of EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to establish and scale a region from the ground up. You will be responsible for defining and executing the EMEA gotomarket strategy building and leading a highperformance team and personally landing and expanding our earliest enterprise accounts in the region. Youll partner crossfunctionally with Marketing Product and Sales to bring Crestas value to strategic customers across Europe.
Location preference: Londonbased
Responsibilities:
- Define and own Crestas EMEA gotomarket strategy aligned with global company goals
- Lead all revenuegenerating activities in the region including enterprise sales channel strategy and customer growth
- Act as a playercoach: personally drive highvalue opportunities while recruiting and developing a worldclass regional team
- Build the foundational GTM infrastructure across sales marketing partnerships and postsale support
- Represent EMEA customer needs internally to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities
Qualifications We Value:
- 10 years of experience leading regional or countrylevel gotomarket efforts in Europe ideally as a GM or Head of Sales
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions to strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of the customer experience (CX) ecosystem and how AI is reshaping it
- Ability to operate autonomously in a highgrowth fastpaced environment
- Strong leadership crossfunctional collaboration and teambuilding capabilities
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
Preferred
- Experience launching or significantly scaling a GTM function in a new region
- Background in AI contact center technology or enterprise CX platforms

Compensation:
Compensation for this position includes a base salary OTE equity and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidatespecific factors including experience skillset and location and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
