Were helping the masses to join the electric driving revolution and we need your help. We make it cheaper greener and easier to drive an EV.

Our CRM team is at the core of our growth engine and were looking for a worldclass Head of CRM to lead our small but mighty team into the next stage of growth for our EV business.

What youll do...

    • Own our CRM strategy and comms plan end to end building bestinclass customer journeys to capture intent nurture our prospect base convert as many of them as possible into EV drivers and drive LTV and retention for our existing EV driver base.
    • Lead and develop a high performing CRM team working with the Head of Marketing to support the team to have the biggest possible commercial impact
    • Instill CRM best practices across the team ensuring we have the right balance of rigour and flexibility in our plans to maximise growth opportunities
    • Champion a testandlearn culture through experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion from email campaigns
    • Partner with our content team to create a continuous pipeline of high quality content testing its effectiveness and feeding back learnings to the rest of the team
    • Use customer insights and data to continually hone segmentation and targeting
    • Ensure CRM reporting is accurate share the impact our activity has on overall growth and work with the team to forecast the impact of future activity
    • Own the marketing automation tech stack and partner with our engineering and data teams to ensure we have the right tools and our systems are optimised for rapid growth

What youll need...

    • Proven experience in CRM leadership (minimum of 4 years) ideally in highgrowth scale up businesses
    • Commercially driven: a track record of driving commercial outcomes through CRM campaigns and journeys
    • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and how to integrate with wider business CRM systems successfully
    • Strong understanding of all directtoconsumer comms media in particular email but including SMS direct mail and targeted digital
    • A datadriven approach: an analytical mindset and strong grasp of performance metrics is crucial. Data should drive everything you do to make sure every piece of communication has the desired impact
    • Passion for customer experience and insightlead marketing
    • Adaptability: we work at a very fast pace so we need you to be collaborative proactive and open to ripping up the rulebook and doing things differently
    • Embrace failure: youll need to have a test and learn mindset knowing that some of your tests wont be successful but if youre not testing then were not learning
    • Excellent communication skills: you need to write compelling briefs for copywriters to respond to and subedit content and on occasion write copy from scratch
    • Stakeholder management: youll need to be confident in communicating our strategy to senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities from across the business
    • Growth mindset: with a focus on building positive feedback loops to continuously improve marketing campaigns
    • Ability to ruthlessly prioritise and think critically theres always a lot going on and loads of cool things we could do; you need to be able to decipher which tasks we should do
