Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technologyrelated product or projects ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate planning team learning and assist adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.
  • Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the teams understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate t technical capabilities.
  • Apply methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technologyrelated product development.
  • Work with product owners and management to define and prioritize technologyrelated outcomes. Identify tradeoffs between short and longterm benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
  • Ensure the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technologyrelated product development or architecture.
  • Facilitate Scrum/Kanban Events and lead in Agile best practices.
  • Identify and may remove roadblocks to technologyrelated product development or architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of leading large crossfunctional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
  • Scrum/Agile Certification strongly preferred.
  • Agile Acumen Best practices deep knowledge of Scrum Kanban DevOp
  • Agile Project Management Background
  • Jira Confluence Advanced Roadmaps
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coach and influence product teams and organization in order to build healthy habits within the organization
  • Driver of change in a complex organization
