What Youll Do

As a Sales Development Representative youll play a pivotal role in fueling our expansion. Youll identify and engage with prospects present tailored vending solutions and help bring new partners into our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage leads via phone email social selling video conferencing and other channels.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized vending solutions aligned with prospect goals.

  • Relationship Building: Become a trusted advisor to prospectsbuilding strong lasting relationships throughout the sales process.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Overcome objections negotiate winwin terms and confidently close deals.

  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce HubSpot) and manage your sales pipeline effectively.

  • Performance Focus: Hit and exceed individual and team sales quotas contributing directly to our companys mission and growth.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up with product updates industry trends and competitive offerings to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 05 years in sales business development customer success or a related field. Entrylevel candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply!

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication with a natural ability to connect and build trust.

  • Hunter Mentality: Youre selfmotivated proactive and excited by the chase.

  • TechSavvy: Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus) video calls and modern sales tools.

  • Organized & Disciplined: Able to manage time prioritize tasks and maintain a healthy pipeline.

  • ResultsOriented: Youre driven by goals motivated by numbers and passionate about hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Positive Attitude: Energetic resilient and optimistic with a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Realistic OTE: $70000 $160000 (Base salary uncapped commission)
