A reputable and fast growing healthcare company is seeking a capable experienced and peoplecentered HR Supervisor to lead our human resources department. If you are a professional with strong HR knowledge supervisory experience kind yet assertive we want to meet you.
What Youll Do
Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
Handle employee relations ethically with compassion & professionalism
Guide and enforce HR and company policies procedures and compliance
Partner with leadership to improve workplace culture and resolve challenges
Lead handbook creation and updates; know when to consult legal
Help the team grow by aligning hiring with operational goals
What Youll Bring
3 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare ABA or special education
Previous experience supervising HR staff
Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law basics
Professionalism empathy and the ability to hold people accountable
Comfort making decisions and escalating when needed
