About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detailoriented HR Administrator to support our growing team. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy compliance and smooth of our HR operations particularly within Romanian labor legislation. From managing employee documentation and payroll input to supporting recruitment processes this role offers a unique blend of administrative precision and people interaction in a fastpaced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain employee records both physical and digital ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR and Romanian labor laws.
Prepare employmentrelated documentation including contracts addendums and certificates ensuring timely and errorfree .
Submit accurate monthly payroll inputs and collaborate with external payroll providers for processing.
Respond to employee queries related to contracts leave benefits and HR procedures within defined timelines.
Track and manage documentation related to labor protection (e.g. CSSM) and ensure legal compliance in partnership with external consultants.
Support administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding (e.g. document collection exit formalities).
Administer and monitor employee benefits and leave records (annual parental medical unpaid).
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of internal HR databases and tools.
Support technical recruitment efforts: post job ads proactively source IT candidates initiate first contact messages and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and recruiters.
Partner with the HR Business Partner and Office Manager to gather employee feedback and flag operational HR issues.
MustHave Skills & Experience
2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role preferably in a tech environment.
Solid knowledge of Romanian labor law and employment regulations.
High attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle sensitive documentation with discretion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using HR tools or systems (HRIS).
Clear friendly and professional communication style both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced setting.

Experience supporting technical or IT recruitment processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms.
Prior experience working in a dynamic scaleup environment.
Basic understanding of payroll and compensation principles.
