Job Description
Position Summary: Warehouse Lead Position is responsible for the oversight of the lines on the Production floor. Must speak English and Spanish. The oversight lines of a variety of manufactory products and or Warehouse floor. This position is a central role covering not only packaging but quality safety labeling staffing and employee evaluation. Candidates must be knowledgeable flexible and willing to perform various warehouse positions where and when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production line setup and personnel decisions pertaining to the line based on what will be run.
- Production efficiencies on a fastpaced assembly line or environment.
- Ensure lines are loaded and ready to start up quickly before moving people to the line.
- Perform related duties as required by supervisors/managers.
- Ensure warehouse or lines and the surrounding areas are clean orderly and safe to work.
Requirements
- Must have excellent communications skill
- Proof Leadership skills
- Follow company procedures regarding quality safety.
- Maintain or improve the production pace set up by the company.
- Must be able to think on the go and act quickly to production needs.
- Ensure leads rotate personnel so repetitive motion issues are not a problem.
- Must be able to work 8 to 12 hours shift and occasionally 2nd shift.
- May also engaged in frequent bending stooping squatting pushing and pulling of parts.
- Due to the environment of the warehouse must be able to work in various weather and temperatures conditions to include extreme heat humidity and cold.
- Must be punctual and reliable. Fill in for lead when needed.
- Must speak English and Spanish.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:00am3:30pm
Payrate: $16.00
Schedule: 4pm12:30am
Payrate: $18.00
