Your Responsibilities
As Regional VP Sales you will lead and expand our sales operations across the DACH Eastern Europe and Nordic regions. Reporting directly to the CSMO you will play a pivotal role in executing corporate strategy guiding sales teams and driving revenue growth all while promoting collaboration and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals ensuring longterm growth and market leadership in the assigned regions.
  • Leadership of Sales Leaders:Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Sales Directors ensuring their goals and strategies are aligned with the companys objectives. Act as a mentor and coach to these sales leaders to enhance their leadership and sales capabilities.
  • Partner Engagement: Provide strategic support in highvalue negotiations with key partners and customers building lasting relationships.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor goals and KPIs report results and foster a datadriven sales culture.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to identify and develop new opportunities driving annual sales growth and strengthening market presence.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate sales processes to enhance efficiency and drive regional excellence.
  • Representation: Represent DocuWare at trade fairs and events strengthening our market presence.
  • Travel: High willingness to travel across the regions.
What you need to succeed
  • Experience: At least 10 years of proven success in solution selling within the software industry with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a similar leadership role.
  • Leadership: Extensive experience in managing and leading highperforming software sales teams with a focus on coaching and developing sales leaders.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep understanding and experience in selling software solutions through reseller networks including managing and optimizing channel partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with the capability to engage effectively with partners customers and internal stakeholders. Strong presentation skills. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities including prioritizing tasks managing time effectively and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
