Job Description
Hybrid IT Engineer Tier 3 (JB5292
Location: Sandton Johannesburg Gauteng
Salary: R28 000 R48 000 per month (based on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid (Two days inoffice remote and at client sites as required)

As a Hybrid Engineer youll take the lead on advanced support issues guide and mentor junior team members and play a key role in highimpact IT projects that drive business success. Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
5 years in a senior or supervisory technical position
Valid Drivers Licence and own vehicle for client site visits (as required)
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure including hardware software and networking
Expert in troubleshooting complex technical issues across various IT environments
Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration
Deep understanding of operating systems Windows Linux and macOS
Virtualization experience (VMware HyperV)
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Certified Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate
Certified Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Certified Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
Certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
Experience with the following technologies would be a huge plus:
Firewalls
Intune
Networking: VLAN VPN
Linux environments
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a Tier 3 support responsible for resolving the most complex and advanced technical issues beyond the scope of first and secondline support teams.
Provide expertlevel troubleshooting and resolution for intricate technical challenges across diverse IT environments.
Manage and resolve advanced issues related to network infrastructure servers and systems.
Actively mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge to foster team development.
Contribute to IT projects by offering technical expertise during the planning implementation and postdeployment phases.
Stay informed and current with evolving IT systems technologies and industry trends.
Adapt readily to changing business requirements and technological advancements.
Commit to continuous learning by pursuing relevant Microsoft certifications as required.
