Job Description

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook).
- Support email marketing campaigns including drafting content graphics and organizing mailing lists.
- Update branding on internal and external documents.
- Help with the coordination promotion and evaluation of events.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance (Google Analytics social media insights etc. as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in gathering information ordering and producing branded company collateral including Business cards Swag orders Vehicle branding
- Collaborate with third party designers to design and produce marketing material.
- Assist in sending customer surveys and collecting and interpreting feedback.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Previous work experience or internships are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with Canva or similar is a plus.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Selfmotivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus and the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational time management leadership and decisionmaking skills demonstrating a capacity for managing multiple priorities and driving project success.
- Ability to pass background check ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.

The working conditions for this role primarily involve a standard office environment with typical office noise levels. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting working at a computer and performing tasks that demand visual acuity for reading and typing. This job may require travel to RMS facilities and other sites.
