- Project Leadership: Develop and manage client service schedules oversee and coordinate project production and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and communicate effectively with inhouse tradesmen and subcontractors.
- Client & Adjuster Relations: Interface with insurance adjusters and customers to address issues provide updates and maintain professional communication.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement and maintain accurate project records.
- Communicate Clearly: Youre skilled at keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
- Stay Organized: You have a knack for details and keeping projects on track.
- Embrace Technology: Youre proficient with computers cell phones and can adapt to new software quickly.
- Know the Industry: You have a basic understanding of construction building materials and flooring running jobs start to finish with experience in the restoration industry and in writing estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
- Ability to pass a background check and preemployment drug screening.
- A valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a weekly oncall rotation.
