Job Description

Were looking for aRegional Site Manager (RSM)to lead operations across a growing portfolio of immersive experiencesincludingVirtual RealityandPermanent Attractionswithopenings this year (and more on the horizon!.

As Regional Site Manager youll be responsible for building and managing onsite teams shaping staffing strategies and driving performance across multiple locations. Youll work closely with local Project Managers and report to regional leadership playing a key role in scaling operations nationwide.

What Youll Do:

Hire train and overseeSite Managers and Assistant Site Managersacross multiple markets.
Optimizestaffing models schedules and budgets for operational efficiency.
Tailorjob descriptionsand team structures based on specific venue needs.
Define and implementstaff performance goalsandincentive programs.
Provideregular performance reportsanddatadriven recommendationsto regional PMs.

This is a highimpact role for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments loves building strong teams and has experience managing multisite operations.
