Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Partnerships / BD Generalist with a strong background in consumer partnerships to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical capable of managing programmatic partnerships and diving deep into negotiations with key partners. You will collaborate extensively across product and research teams contributing to both strategy and the operational aspects of partnerships.
In this role you will:
Develop and manage a broad range of programmatic partnerships as well as negotiate and close deals with key strategic partners.
Work closely with product and research teams to align partnership opportunities with OpenAIs strategic goals.
Drive the strategy and of partnership agreements from inception through to postdeal relationship management.
Evaluate and track the impact of partnerships ensuring they contribute significantly to OpenAIs objectives.
Serve as a crossfunctional leader to bridge the needs and capabilities of various internal teams with external partners.
You might thrive in this role if you:
8 years of experience in consumer product partnerships BD platform or product roles
Experience at fastpaced rapidly scaling technology companies
Demonstrated track record of managing significant consumer partnerships or programs that drove substantial impact
Strong ability to structure negotiate and execute complex agreements
Excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Product or eng experience is preferred
